Returns & Exchanges

At LRG Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
